Create a member
"Team"/ "Member" tab: Type in their name in the "Search or create a member" field at the top of the window. Click on "Create Member" or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
You access the member's card. Only the First name / Last name is required. Other information is optional.
You can manage members without inviting them (virtual members) and decide to invite them later.
Invite a member to collaborate
The "Invite" button is available only when the email address of the member you want to invite is filled in.
When you invite a member, he receives a notification to the email address you have filled in.
Specification: to invite a member, your email must be confirmed. This action may have already been done during your registration by validating the confirmation email. If this is not the case, you can send back an email confirming your email address. To do so, go to your Profile: user drop-down menu > "Profile", click on the "Send verification email" button.
Note: First Name / Last Name and Position information will be changed by the member's actual data when the member confirms your invitation.
