Time tracking report for a project
For a reminder of the meaning of the different indicators, see this article: Log time on a task.
The time tracking report on a project can be displayed in the When view and in the Who view. Use the toggle
button at the top left to switch between display (time/planning) Each view presents an editable display with a different perspective:


- In the When view, you get a display focused on time by task list and by task
- In the Who view, you get a display focused on time by member
You can show or hide some lines to customize the display. For each element (project, list, member, task), you get the time total on the corresponding line. The overall total for the project is located at the top.
You can choose the display unit (day or hours) from the menu at the top left of the report.
Time tracking report in the When view
Project > When view: click on the button
above the task list to switch to the time tracking report view. You then access an overview of times logged for each task list and each task.

Click on the arrow to the left of the name of a task list to display/hide the detail by task and click on the arrow to the left of the name of a task to display/hide the detail by member.
At the level of the view by member, you can log or modify times.
Time tracking report in the Who view
Project > Who view: Click on the button
above the list of members to switch to the time tracking report view. You then access an overview of times logged for each member and each task.

Click the arrow to the left of a member's name to show/hide the detail by task.
In the task level, you can log or modify times.
Time display for several projects
The time tracking report for several projects can be displayed in the Gantt and Calendars multi-projects views. Each view presents an editable display with a different perspective:
- In the Gantt view, you get a report focused on time by project, list and task
- In the Calendars view, you get a report focused on time by member and by project
You can customize your display using filters : projects, members tasks status. To do this, use the filter tool
located at the top right.

You can show or hide some lines to customize the display. For each element (project, list, member, task), you get the total hours on the corresponding line. The grand total for projects is located at the top.
You can choose the display unit (day or hours) from the menu at the top left of the report.

Multi-project > Gantt view: Click on the button
above the task list to switch to the time display view. You then access an overview of the times for each project, each task and each member.

Click on the arrow to the left of the name of a project to display/hide the detail by task and click on the arrow to the left of the name of a task to display/hide the detail by member.
At the level of the view by member, you can log or modify times.
Time tracking report in the Multi-project calendars view
Multi-project > Calendars view: Click on the button
above the list of members to switch to the time display. You then access an overview of the times for each member, each project and each task.

Click on the arrow to the left of a member's name to show/hide the details by member and click on the arrow to the left of a member's name to show/hide the details by task.
At the task level, you can log or modify times.
Export time displays
Click on the "Export"
button to generate an Excel file which shows the logged times in the way of the current display.

Click on the arrow to the right of the "Export" button to choose the format of your export. You have several options:
- Detailed export: find all the data in the same format as in Beesbusy, with sections grouping the times by list, member... The file is in .xls format
- Flat export Excel: find all your data one after the other, without totals or groupings. The file is in .xls format
- Flat export Excel CSV: find all your data one after the other, without totals or groupings. The file is in .csv format
Display of time in planning views
In the planning views of a project (When and Who) and in the multi-projects views (Schedule, Gantt, and Calendars), hatching lines show when the logged times exceed the duration of a task.
Use time tracking for overall project management
You can manage your projects and their progress with the time tracking and planning features. To get an overview of your projects, use the Global dashboard.
